My stay at Lotte Hotel was excellent. The modern architecture and stylish decor created a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious and offered stunning views. The 24-hour room service was a standout feature, with generous food portions and quick delivery, which was particularly convenient during my busy work schedule.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed the lovely bay view from my small room during my two-night stay. The staff at the valet were incredibly attentive, making my arrival smooth. However, I faced issues with noise from neighboring rooms and an inconvenient ice delivery process that detracted from my experience. Bringing your own ice might be wise.

We had an amazing room with huge floor to ceiling windows that let in so much light it felt like we were outside but safely inside and the view from up there was simply incredible. The staff was incredibly helpful got us all set up with room service fast when we were too tired to go out after a long day and I appreciated the mini fridge in the room that let us store some snacks from our travels.

It wasn't cheap but given the quality of the stay it felt acceptable.

Good location near Pikes Place, but room was a bit noisy at night.

I had a cozy stay with a stunning bay view from my 14th-floor room, and the valet service was incredibly friendly. The mini fridge was a nice surprise!

The Premier Suite King was super spacious, and I loved ordering room service—it arrived quickly and tasted amazing! The spa offered a relaxing massage and a great steam room to unwind after a long day. The mirrored walls in the bathroom were a bit much, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😄

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! 🌆 The only downside was the awkward lighting in the bathroom for getting ready, which made it a bit challenging. Overall, a fantastic stay!
